Home Care is for recurring help: a weekly clean, a morning kitchen visit, or a few hours with an elder. Providers are verified before they appear, and the first visit is a walkthrough of the house and the tasks.
You set the rooms, the products you want used, and who will be home. The provider follows that brief. If a visit needs two people, that is quoted up front rather than added at the door.
Payments stay on the booking. Cash at the door is not the agreement. If a visit is cut short, the reason is recorded so the next one starts from the same list.
